Warehouse Stock Assistant - Pineham - £23,907

The position

• This is a full-time permanent position based at our customer's distribution centre in Pineham.
• Rate of pay: £23,907 per annum
• Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus a 30-minute unpaid break each day
• Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7, shifts between 11am-7pm
• Working Environment: Freezer

A day in the life of a Warehouse Stock Operative

You will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to ensure stock accuracy for incoming and outgoing items.

Activities may include working across multiple workstreams such as Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits, and Load Adherence checks, many of which involve manual handling.

Job activities

• Audit inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
• Audit picker accuracy for stock destined for stores and investigate errors.
• Follow audit and error verification procedures consistently.
• Maintain data integrity at all times.
• Achieve productivity levels aligned with customer expectations.
• Review daily targets to meet customer requirements.
