WHAT WE OFFER

• Start Date of employment will be: July 2025
• Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour

We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview.

Replenishment Area
• 30-hour contracts working set shifts of 4am-10am 5 days over 7 with 1 in 3 weekends off.
• An additional night-shift allowance of £2.25 paid for the hours between 4am-6am.

Order Picking Area
• 20, 24 and 30-hour contracts working between the hours of 8am-9pm with 1 in 4 weekends off.

Customer Facing Area
• 12 and 30-hour contracts working between the hours of 8:30am-8pm with 1 in 3 weekends off.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, all you will need is the enthusiasm to thrive in an active workplace.
• Ability to prioritise and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with IT systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure you are prepared to initiate tasks on your own initiative and to participate productively in group efforts.
• Compliance with health and safety guidelines necessitates that applicants are 18 years of age or older.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Manual handling of heavy stock.
• Working with or around heavy machinery, such as, Forklift trucks, counterbalance, pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.

Replenishment
• Ensure stock is available to meet the needs of our in-store and online customers.

Order Picking
• Picking and preparing orders for both online and in-store collection or delivery.

Customer Facing
• Support customers in the self-service area of the warehouse, ensuring stock is organized and available while collaborating with other departments across the store.
