We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Greenford, London.

The role: The mission is to support the business in achieving its targets by providing excellent service through goods in, goods out, and IT configuration processes in our warehouse.

Key responsibilities:

• Check incoming goods against supplier delivery paperwork and record onto the computer system using a handheld terminal.
• Report discrepancies with deliveries and place items in quarantine as per procedures.
• Pick and pack orders for shipping according to standards and instructions.
• Perform basic customer-specific computer builds following instructions.
• General warehouse labour tasks.

Experience & Skills:

• At least 1 year of experience in FMCG, preferably parcels or large parcels.
• Experience with warehouse ERP systems and handheld scanners.
• Knowledge of logistics, goods receipt, shipping, and cycle counting processes.
• Ability to work well in a small team to complete daily tasks.
• General warehouse labour experience.

Certificates/Licenses: Operating a reach truck is preferred but not essential.
