Wellbore Integrity Solutions UK Ltd in Aberdeen is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support our busy workshop and field logistics. You will load and unload trucks, book in tools, clean tools with a pressure washer, and pull the correct items to match shipping tickets.

You will also provide forklift support across workshops to keep tools flowing, perform daily forklift checks, and assist with safety, planning and service quality.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a busy workshop environment.
• Must hold a valid Forklift License.
• Must hold a valid OH crane certificate.
• Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Participate in tool-box meetings with all members of the warehouse team.
• Comply with QHSE policies and wear PPE at all times.
• Maintain equipment in good, safe working order and report issues.
• Perform daily forklift checks and OH crane checks.
• Carry out general forklift duties and loading/unloading cargo baskets.
• Process incoming goods and mobilise equipment.
• Source tools as per shipping tickets and support operations.
• Perform additional tasks to support efficiency.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Assistant is heavily involved in all workflow processes found within the warehouse and workshops for all of the fishing & remedial tools and related equipment. They will be responsible for loading / unloading trucks, booking in tools, cleaning tools using pressure washer unit and pulling the correct tools to match operations shipping ticket. They will also be expected to load / unload baskets of tools. Warehouse Assistants offer key forklift support to all workshops in order to keep tools flowing consistently throughout workshops. Service quality, job preparation, planning and safety are key priorities.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Participate in tool-box meetings with all members of the warehouse team.
• Always fully compliant with the requirements of the QHSE policies, standards, and wears required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Maintaining all equipment in good, safe working order according to standards and reports any problem or deviation to warehouse supervisor.
• Performing daily maintenance checks to forklifts and OH cranes.
• Carrying out general forklift duties.
• Incoming goods process / mobilisation of equipment.
• Loading / Unloading Cargo Baskets.
• Sourcing Tools as per shipping tickets.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications/Requirements:
