Job summary

Boundary Outlet Grantham is seeking a friendly Coffee Shop Assistant to join our in-store cafe. You will help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers, preparing drinks and light meals, and ensuring smooth service throughout each shift.

You will handle payments, keep the space clean and tidy, and assist with restocking as needed. Full training is provided to support your development in customer service and cafe operations.

Role Overview

As a Coffee Shop Assistant, you’ll help create a warm, friendly atmosphere where customers can enjoy great food and drink. From preparing orders to keeping the space spotless, you’ll ensure every visit to our coffee shop is memorable for the right reasons.
