Job summary

Geosynthetics Limited in Leicester is seeking a Warehouse Apprentice to support day-to-day operations, including stock management, picking and packing orders, and ensuring goods handling in line with our KPIs.

As an apprentice, you will receive structured training and hands-on experience in logistics within the civils/construction sector. The role offers a clear progression path, a competitive salary, and benefits such as generous holiday allowance and a company pension.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal and department operational targets.
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and unloading incoming goods safely.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch to customers and transport carriers.
• Maintain and update warehouse management systems and stock inventory records.
• Provide support with regular stock takes and inventory audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment in line with Health & Safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding order statuses and inventory updates.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
