Job summary

Weareoa in Flitwick is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join a small team. You will manage ecommerce order releases, labels, stock replenishments and liaise with hauliers. The role requires accuracy, good communication and practical knowledge of WMS systems, with a PPT truck licence desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a Warehouse environment.
• Warehouse/logistics administration experience.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

• WMS experience essential.
• PPT truck licence desirable.
• Organised, pro-active & positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Releasing ecommerce orders for picking by the warehouse team.
• Printing labels for production and pallet despatch.
• Organising and fulfilling stock replenishments.
• Liaising with hauliers on daily collections.
• Main point of contact for the warehouse team.
• Communicate with other departments on deliveries and production issues.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies.
• Assist with picking and packing using handheld scanners.
• Operate within a tight-knit team and liaise with other departments.
• Adhere to safety, quality and production standards.
