Job summary

Osborne Appointments is recruiting a Warehouse Administrator for a role based in Flitwick. The successful candidate will release ecommerce orders, print labels, manage stock replenishments and liaise with hauliers on daily collections.

You will act as the main point of contact for the warehouse team, coordinate with production and deliveries, and ensure accuracy with handheld scanners while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• WMS experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Release ecommerce orders for picking by the warehouse team.
• Print labels for production and pallet dispatch.
• Organise and fulfil stock replenishments.
• Liaise with hauliers on daily collections.
• Be the main point of contact for the warehouse team.
• Communicate with other departments on deliveries and production issues.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies.
• Assist with picking & packing using handheld scanners.
• Operate within a tight-knit team and liaise with other departments.
• Adhere to safety, quality and production standards.
