Job summary

Kinetic plc in Wrexham is seeking a proactive Warehouse Administrator to join our growing warehouse team. You will support daily operations, maintain accurate records, manage documentation, and assist with finance admin to ensure smooth processes across the business.

Ideal candidates are highly organised with attention to detail, capable of prioritising a busy workload, and proficient in MS Office. This is a temporary to permanent role with a supportive team and stable hours.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience (preferred).
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy environment.
• Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record employee timesheet information for payroll and finance purposes
• Complete data entry and maintain organised administrative records
• Communicate professionally with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and other company sites
• Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments
• Process invoices and receipts for the Finance team
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
• Maintain health & safety and risk assessment documentation -
• Provide general administrative support to the warehouse and operations teams
• Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
