Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Rushden is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to keep stock movements accurate and ensure deliveries run smoothly. You will manage WMS processes, maintain records and support operational performance in a fast-paced warehouse.

We value detail-oriented problem solvers who can work with MS Office, Excel and WMS systems. The role is permanent, full-time with rotating shifts and site-based work in NN10 0FN.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse administration or logistics administration experience.
• Confident using IT systems including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Enjoy problem-solving, investigating discrepancies, and working with data.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to work with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and learn new processes.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound deliveries and outbound orders through the WMS.
• Check stock accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and resolve system issues.
• Produce reports and analyse data to support decisions.
• Monitor warehouse systems for errors and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate stock records and complete documentation.
• Serve as main contact for inbound/outbound administration queries.
• Support warehouse operations with admin tasks and customer requirements.
• Ensure health, safety, quality, and procedures are followed.

Shift patterns: on a 06:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00 - any 5/7 rotation

• - Ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times.
