Loom Talent Limited has partnered with a well-known Logistics and Production business in Thurmaston. They seek a Warehouse Administrator to support the operations team with order processing, stock movements and accurate administration.

You will update the WMS, monitor real-time dashboards, and ensure timely, compliant documentation while liaising with inbound, outbound and stock control teams.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Administrator or in a support role.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Comfortable using WMS and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to travel to Thurmaston five days a week.

Responsabilidades

• Process and allocate customer orders accurately.
• Update the WMS to track stock movements and data.
• Monitor dashboards to ensure locations are replenished.
• Collaborate with inbound/outbound teams and stock control.
• Maintain accurate system records of stock and orders.
• Complete relevant warehouse documentation for traceability.
• Support other warehouse admin tasks as needed.
