Job summary

• Previous experience in warehouse administration

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining accurate stock and inventory records
• Using the WHS system to update and monitor warehouse information
• Carrying out daily stock checks and resolving discrepancies, and admin duties related to this.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Monitoring stock movements and ensuring records are accurate
• Communicating professionally with customers and responding to queries
• Managing customer and warehouse-related emails
• Liaising with warehouse teams, customers and other departments
• Supporting general warehouse administration and data entry
• Ensuring all paperwork and system records are completed accurately and on time
