RWS Global in Milton Keynes is seeking a Manager, Wardrobe Operations to organize shopping lists, inventory, fittings, and packaging for deliveries to venues. You will attend weekly production meetings and coordinate with multiple budgets across projects.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with travel as needed. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in wardrobe leadership, experience in live entertainment, and proficiency with Numbers/Keynote and Excel/Word.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years in Wardrobe Supervisor/Manager, Stage Management or equivalent.
• Experience in theme parks, touring, or cruise lines preferred.
• Knowledge of garment fitting and alterations for diverse wardrobe.
• Able to manage multiple projects within budget.
• Proficient with Numbers/Keynote and Excel/Word.
• Ability to lead a team in person and remotely.

Aufgaben

• Maintain daily operations for projects across ongoing operations.
• Report weekly to Senior Manager.
• Conduct fittings to ensure design integrity.
• Source or design replacements; coordinate with fabricators.
• Order shoes and performer supplies and other show needs.
• Track and manage multiple project budgets.
• Conduct weekly rack walks and ensure alterations are completed.
• Work with Costume Shop Manager on labor budgets and requirements.
• Attend weekly production meetings.
• Oversee project pack outs and deliveries.
• Travel to ships/venues and install as needed.
• Sewing, crafting, millinery and wigs as needed.
