The Agena Group in Slough is seeking a proactive Warden Operations admin assistant to support the Warden Team, manage hours and mileage, and respond to information requests with professionalism.

You will review patrol requests, assist with complaints, and help maintain effective communication within the team. This role offers 40 hours per week, 9am–5pm, onsite parking and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support and handling requests.
• Ability to review hours and mileage claims.
• Proactive and professional in responses.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective support to the Warden Team.
• Review working hours and mileage claims.
• Review and action incoming requests for new/increased patrols.
• Provide accurate and professional responses to requests for information.
• Support the Warden management team in dealing with complaints.
• Maintain open communications with the Warden team and provide support where required.
