Job summary

Ashridge Group is recruiting for a Mobile Operations Support Officer (Nights) to join our Head Office team. This is a full-time, permanent role working 20:00–08:00 on a 4 on 4 off rotation from our Soulbury location, with driving duties and patrols using a company vehicle.

The ideal candidate will be IT literate, competent with Excel and web-based systems, and able to provide excellent customer service while supporting the Contracts and Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid UK driving licence with no more than 3 points in the last 3 years.
• Ability to work nights 20:00–08:00 on a 4 on 4 off rotation.
• Reside within 10 miles of Head Office (Aylesbury/ Leighton Buzzard/ Milton Keynes or surrounding area).
• IT literate and able to update Excel spreadsheets and use web-based systems.

Mobile Operations Support Officer – Nights

Ashridge Group is excited to announce a new opportunity!

We are currently looking for aMobile Operations Support Officerto join our team at Head Office on afull-time, permanent basis.

The role will consist of but not limited to attending alarm activations and conducting patrols using a company vehicle, you will also be required to complete telephone and virtual welfare checks. You will also be responsible for answering the duty manager phone dealing with any issues that arise for our officers on site.

This position will allow you to work as part of a friendly experienced team, who will help guide you and provide you with the correct training in order to complete this role.

The successful candidate must be a hardworking individual who is motivated and passionate about exceeding our customer expectations. Your objective will be to assist the Head office team in providing excellent customer service, reporting back to the Contracts and Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate needs to reside within 10 miles of Head office (Aylesbury/ Leighton Buzzard/ Milton Keynes or the surrounding area) and be IT Literate as you will be updating excel spread sheets and using web based systems to complete your role.

MUST HAVE A VALID UK DRIVING LICENCE WITH NO MORE THAN 3 POINTS IN THE LAST 3 YEARS.

Pay Rate:£13.45 per hour, £29,374.80 per annum

Working Hours:20:00 – 08:00 on a 4 on 4 off rotation
