Gate 26B are looking to recruit an experienced hardworking exceptional band 6 nurse on a full time permanent basis. Applicant should have band 6 experience minimum of one year or 2 years of experience asBAnd5.
Gate 26B is a very busy fast paced ward specializing in Elective Urology services. Gate 26B focus on strong MDT working, and early discharge planning to enable patient flow to reduce length of stay, building strong and efficient workforce focusing on individual employee development to provide high standard best possible patient care.
Candidate should have surgical experience with post op care to support our fast moving patient group and support junior & new starters.
The ability to work under pressure and have excellent communication skills are essential to ensure flow through the hospital whilst maintaining high standards of care.

We are looking for experienced band 6 nurse, who would be able to hit the ground running.
An understanding of Elective and General surgical post op care and discharge pathways to ensure safe discharge planning and patient flow will support the daily running of the ward is essential.
