Southend University Hospital NHS Trust is recruiting a Registered Nurse for Tiptree Ward on a 6-month maternity leave cover. You will provide compassionate, patient-centred care to adults on a 26-bed ward in medicine, maintaining privacy and dignity.

You'll assess care needs, develop and evaluate plans, work within the clinical governance framework, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard of individualized care while maintaining privacy and dignity.
• Assess care needs, develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, relatives and multidisciplinary team.
• Support Senior Sister/Charge Nurse and maintain cleanliness standards.
