Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of personalised patient care, acting as role model and supporting the Charge Nurse.
• Maintain standards of cleanliness in their clinical area in partnership with the Charge Nurse.
• Provide clear clinical leadership to staff and deputise for the Charge Nurse when needed.
