Job summary

Search is recruiting a Ward Manager for a Leeds hospital, specialising in adult women with complex mental health needs, to lead a ward within a national mental health care provider.

You will provide clinical leadership and governance, oversee both clinical and non-clinical staff, support their development and recruitment, and participate in meetings with third parties and outside agencies as part of the leadership team.

Qualifications

• RMN with active PIN required.
• Experience in management and supervision as a nurse.
• Willingness to travel to Leeds.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership of the ward including governance and quality.
• Managing clinical and non-clinical staff, contributing to their development, including recruitment and supervision.
• Providing part of the leadership team and attending meetings with third parties and outside agencies.
