Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD in Leeds is seeking an RMN Ward Manager to lead a ward specialising in adult women's complex mental health care. You will drive clinical governance, lead nursing and support staff, and participate as part of the leadership team in liaising with external partners.

The role requires a qualified RMN with an active PIN, prior management experience, and the ability to travel to the Leeds location. A Monday–Friday contract as needed may apply.

Qualifications

• RMN with active NMC PIN.
• Experience in management and supervision as a nurse.
• Ability to travel to Leeds location.
• Willingness to work a Monday-Friday contract as required.

Search are working with a national healthcare provider to recruit a RMN ward manager for their hospital, specialising in the care of adult women with complex mental health needs.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Clinical Leadership of the ward including governance and quality
• Managing the clinical and non-clinical staff, contributing to their development, including recruitment and supervision
• Providing part of the leadership team and attending meetings with third parties and outside agencies.
