Cygnet Hospital Godden Green in Kent near Sevenoaks is seeking an experienced Ward Manager (RMN) to lead Castle Ward (13-bed female PICU) and drive safe, compassionate care. You will work 37.5 hours weekly (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm), oversee clinical delivery, policy implementation and multi-disciplinary collaboration with NHS referrals.
Applicants should hold an RMN with an NMC pin, proven leadership in inpatient settings, and a focus on patient recovery and risk management.

You’ll be working 37.5 hours a week (Monday Friday 9am 5pm) on Castle Ward.
Castle Ward is a 13 bed female PICU at Cygnet Hospital Godden Green and accepts emergency and crisis admissions. Referrals are accepted from all areas, including acute and prison services.
Our aim is a short, rapid intervention to help service users regain a sense of control and order in their lives, so they can move to a less restrictive care setting and ultimately return home.
Cygnet Hospital Godden Green provides specialist mental health acute and PICU services for women. The hospital is situated in the beautiful countryside of the Kent Weald, near Sevenoaks. We have extensive grounds which help us provide a calm and therapeutic environment.
Working closely with the NHS we accept emergency and crisis admissions. Referrals are accepted from all areas, including acute and prison services. We pride ourselves in delivering safe and therapeutic care with a drive to develop our service users to live independently in the community.
