Job summary

Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Neonatal Ward Manager to lead a multi‑disciplinary neonatal team across intensive, high dependency, special, and transitional care. You will drive safe, compassionate care, ensure governance, and support staff development in a busy Level 3 NICU.

The role requires strategic leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in neonatal nursing with a passion for family‑centred care.

We're searching for a dynamic leader to helm our dedicated neonatal team across intensive, high dependency, special, and transitional care. Ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care overseeing clinical standards, managing staff, and maintaining effective systems and processes.
