Priory Hospital North London is recruiting a Ward Manager to lead the Private Adult Ward on site. The role blends clinical leadership with day-to-day ward management, ensuring staffing, compliance and high standards of patient care for adults with addictions, depression, anxiety, stress and OCD.

You will oversee the nursing team, drive CPD, and promote a safe, compassionate environment while coordinating with multidisciplinary colleagues and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experienced mental health nurse.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Trained assessor or supervisor, or willingness to achieve this.
