Priory Group's Priory Hospital Solihull in Solihull, Warwickshire, is seeking a Ward Manager in Mental Health Nursing to lead the ward and oversee day-to-day operations with compassion and clinical excellence.
You will supervise the nursing team, ensure high standards of patient care, manage staffing and compliance, and participate in the hospital on-call rota. This is a full-time leadership role within a 31-bed rehabilitation service supporting NHS linkage.
Salary is £47,375 - £53,329 per annum dependant on experience

Priory Hospital Solihull has an opportunity for a Ward Manager in Mental Health Nursing to join our team.
Priory Hospital Solihull, Meriden, Warwickshire is a 31-bedded level 2 rehabilitation service for males supporting the NHS. It is accessible by public transport, with local bus services and nearby train stations providing links into Coventry and Birmingham. The hospital is also well connected by road, with the M6 and M42 approximately 10 minutes away and wider access to the M40 and M1 motorways.

You will be required to participate in the hospital on-call rota.
