Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital is seeking a Ward Manager to lead the ward team, uphold high standards of patient care and drive continuous improvement in a busy hospital setting.

You will be an experienced RGN with NMC registration and a mentorship qualification, ready to take on a dynamic leadership role and ensure exceptional patient outcomes at our Guildford site.

Qualifications

• Qualified RGN with NMC registration and a mentorship qualification.
• Experience as Junior Sister / Charge Nurse or Ward Manager.
• Strong nursing management experience and highly organized.

Ward Manager Guildford Hospital | Nursing | Permanent | Full time | Up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience 37.5 hours per week
