Job summary

Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse to join the Outpatients team on a bank, part-time basis with weekend work. You will deliver high standards of patient care in a consultant-led environment and support flexible staffing on ad-hoc shifts.

Experience in gynecology, dermatology or ophthalmics is desirable. You must be registered with the relevant governing body (including NMC) and have post-registration experience to qualify.

Staff Nurse – Outpatients (Bank) Chichester Hospital | Outpatients | Bank contract | Part time | Includes weekend work

Up to £25 per hour depending on skills and experience.

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Staff Nurse on the outpatients department at our Chichester Hospital, you’ll drive the standard in patient care.

Experience in Gynaecology, Dermatology and or Opthamics desirable.

You’re registered with the appropriate governing body, plus you bring the qualifications and experience that are relevant to your registration, including NMC. You also have post-registration experience.

About Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital

Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital is a 30 bedded hospital within walking distance of the city centre with free onsite car parking. The hospital has two laminar flow operating theatres, two minor treatment rooms and minor procedure room in the outpatient department. There is a small radiology department and CT/ MRI services are provided in a mobile unit. Inpatient physiotherapy is provided within the hospital whilst our outpatients attend the fitness and wellbeing centre at Chichester gate for their follow up physio and hydrotherapy treatments.

Our main speciality is orthopaedics. We also care for patients needing treatment within the specialties of gynaecology, urology, general surgery, plastic surgery, ophthalmology max fax, and pain. We provide outpatient services for dermatology, cardiology, neurology, and rheumatology.
