Elysium Healthcare Limited is seeking a Ward Manager at Dunnock View, Tendring, Clacton-on-Sea. You will lead the nursing team to provide high-quality care, empower recovery, and ensure strong clinical governance within a 42-bed service.

This role requires NG nursing qualification and NMC registration, with a focus on leadership, teamwork, and compassionate care to support vulnerable service users in a trauma-informed environment.

Qualifications

• Nursing qualification required.
• NMC registration required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ward nursing team to deliver high-quality care and support for service users.
• Empower recovery and provide supervision to ward staff.
• Collaborate with senior nurses to manage on-call service and ward budgets.
• Lead by example and act as a role model for the team.
• Promote teamwork, staff welfare, and ongoing learning opportunities.
• Take charge of the ward when designated.
