Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate nursing care on the ward.
- Delegate tasks to Nurses and coordinate with other teams.
- Monitor service users' conditions and respond to changes.
- Supervise team members and provide guidance and support.
- Make critical decisions on staff, scheduling and resources.
- Act as liaison between nursing staff and other health professionals.
