Whittington Health seeks a Supplies Department assistant to ensure a continuous supply of medical and surgical consumables. The role includes visiting clinical areas, inventory checks, and putting away stock on arrival, while supporting purchasing and administration responsibilities.

The post holder will operate from a nominated base and may be required to work across PPS sites as needed. NHS experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• GCSE grades A to C
• A-levels
• Good computer skills
• Work Experience

Responsabilités

• Ensure continuous supply of medical and surgical consumables by visiting clinical areas on a scheduled basis
• Undertake inventory using Trust's Inventory Management System and put away stock when deliveries arrive
• Assist with day-to-day administration of the Supplies Department and provide purchasing support as directed by the Deputy Logistics Manager
• Nominated base but may work on any PPS site as required
