Job summary

The Christie NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Domestic Assistants to join the relief pool across all wards and departments in Manchester. You will help maintain a clean, hygienic environment and support clinical staff with infection cleans, under the supervision of the domestic supervisor.

We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic and flexible individuals with cleaning experience to join a team that complies with the National Cleaning Standards, covering 37.5 hours per week on a 5 over 5 days

Qualifications

• Reliable and flexible individuals with experience in cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid response to maintain high cleanliness standards on wards and departments.
• Assist in infection and discharge cleans per local standards.
• Support nurses and staff, and operate cleaning equipment safely after training.
• Work under supervision of the domestic supervisor across the Trust site.
