Job summary

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Facilities Management professional to lead Patient Support Teams, ensuring effective cleaning and patient/product movement services across wards and departments. The role requires collaboration with clinical staff and FM management to sustain high standards of patient care.

The post holder will work primarily on site, coordinating resources, managing workloads, and supporting Duty FM Managers to deliver exceptional service delivery within regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience of managing a team with different skill-sets.
• Experience with modern technology and E-Systems.
• Experience in busy customer service based support role.
• Driving Licence is required (Manual UK licence).
• Commitment to safeguarding and patient care.
