Portman Recruitment is recruiting two Waking Night Residential Support Workers for a two-bed children's home in Southport. You will work 12-hour night shifts (8:00pm–8:00am), supporting young people aged 7–17 and safeguarding them through the night.
No previous care experience is required as training is provided. Starting salary is £27,750 per annum with overtime opportunities, a full induction, and ongoing training to progress in residential care.

Previous experience is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. We are looking for dependable, caring and resilient people who can create a safe and supportive environment throughout the night.

A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential. Following successful completion of probation, the employer may be able to support eligible employees with driving lessons through a company loan arrangement.
The successful applicant will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory employment references. All necessary pre-employment and safeguarding checks will be completed before starting work.
