Job summary

Keys Children in Southampton is seeking a Waking Nights Children's Support Worker to join a caring team at a family home in Woolston. The role is full-time with night shifts, providing a safe, nurturing environment and emotional support to children and young people.

Applicants should have relevant experience or transferable skills, solid English communication, and a caring, resilient approach. A full UK driving licence would be beneficial.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience or transferable skills such as adult care, LD, SEN education or supporting vulnerable people.
• A real passion and desire to support children in a homely environment.
• A good level of English communication skills.
• Experience or knowledge of child-centred, therapeutic models.
• Naturally caring, flexible and resilient.
• Full UK drivers licence would be beneficial.
