Job summary

Brandon Trust is seeking caring Children’s Support Workers to join our Clevedon team, providing overnight support to children aged 5–18 during waking night shifts. This full-time permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with a 7-day rota.

You will work to individual support plans, help with routines, administer medication when needed, and ensure a safe, respectful environment overnight. Full training provided.

Qualifications

• A caring, patient and child-focused approach.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not offered.
• A Level 3 Childcare qualification desirable or willingness to pursue.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised overnight support for each child.
• Support evening and morning routines and settle nights.
• Administer medication where required and provide personal care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Work within safeguarding and care procedures.
