To be considered for this role you will need:
To provide advice, assistance and support to young people throughout the night. To attend to their practical, physical, emotional, behavioural and educational needs and to safeguard their welfare at all times. To act as an appropriate role model and to work closely with them to enable them to address their difficulties and achieve their optimum potential. To undertake household tasks, taking responsibility of all household domestic duties and following administrative procedures. To maintain a safe, healthy and homely environment at all times to meet Ofsted’s Quality Standards.

39 hours per week
Shift work plus sleeps and on call duties (Mainly earlies, lates and weekends)

£12.50 - £13.10 per hour (dependent on qualification and experience)
25, 30, 39 hours per week shift work plus sleeps required (Mainly earlies, lates and weekends)
Up to £50,000 per annum (dependent on qualification and experience)
