We're looking for Waking Night Support Workers to join our dedicated team at 23 Hart Street.
At 23 Hart Street, we provide residential short breaks for children and young people aged 8-18 who have disabilities, autism, or complex needs. Our home is specially designed to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment where every child can learn, grow, and enjoy new experiences. We believe in making every moment count- whether that's through engaging activities, community outings, or simply being there when it matters most.
