Job summary

Society of St James (SSJ) invites applications for a Waking Night Support Worker at our Woolston, Southampton facility. You will be a steady presence during the night, empowering individuals facing homelessness, substance misuse, and mental health challenges while delivering person-centred care.

Shifts covering: 8pm to 8am, on a rota basis.

Salary point 20: £16,830 per annum (pro rata FTE £25,947)

As a Waking Night Support Worker at our Woolston, Southampton facility, you will be the steady presence that vulnerable individuals rely on during the night. Your role goes far beyond basic supervision; you will:
