The Society of St James is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker for our Southampton-based service. This permanent, part-time role covers 8pm–8am on a rota and offers a meaningful chance to support adults facing homelessness, substance use, and mental health challenges in a community setting.
You will work as part of a dedicated team, ensuring safety, providing person-centred care, and helping residents access the support they need to improve their lives.

Salary point 20: £16,830 per annum (pro rata FTE £25,947)
