Job summary

Alternative Futures Group is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Support Worker to help people live independently. You will work across a range of settings, including people’s homes and community services, delivering personalised support and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

No experience is required, only a positive attitude and a commitment to safeguarding and enabling independence for adults with diverse needs.

About the Role

As a Support Worker at AFG, you’ll support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.
