Job summary

Alternative Futures Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people achieve personal goals and live independently across community settings and in their own homes. No prior care experience is required; we provide full training.

About the Role

As a Support Worker at AFG, you’ll support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.
