Job summary

Alternative Futures Group (AFG) is hiring a Support Worker in England to help people live as independently as possible. You’ll support people to achieve goals, following personalised care plans and working across community-based services, homes, and hospitals.

No prior care experience is required; we provide full training, flexibility with day, sleep-in and weekend shifts, and a values-led team that supports your career development and well-being.
