Brook View School is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to join our dedicated team. Full Time and Part Time hours are available. The role offers an hourly rate of £14.00 unqualified or £14.70 qualified, and requires a clean UK driving license. We provide a supportive training programme and mentoring during your start.

We look for Level 2 or Level 3 Care qualifications and a passion for helping young people aged 8–18 withAutistic Spectrum and complex needs. DBS and reference checks apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold a clean full UK driving license.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Care qualification required.
• Open to Level 2/3 qualified workers with training support.

Responsibilities

• Support young people to learn and develop life skills.
• Participate in training and mentoring to grow professionally.
• Follow safeguarding guidance and work within an integrated care and education setting.
