Job summary

Avenues Group is seeking a Female Support Worker to join our waking night team in Sevenoaks, supporting adults with learning disabilities and other needs in a residential service. The role runs 10:00pm to 7:00am and requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel between shifts.

We provide award-winning, fully funded training including Health and Social Care qualifications. You'll work with colleagues to deliver person-centred care, promoting dignity, independence

Qualifications

• Gender requirement: post must be female.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle essential.
• Night shifts: 10:00pm – 7:00am.

Responsibilities

• Providing reassurance and support throughout the night.
• Completing regular wellbeing and safety checks in line with individual support plans.
• Supporting with personal care in a respectful and dignified manner where required.
• Responding calmly and appropriately to any overnight needs or emergencies.
• Completing accurate records and handovers to ensure continuity of care.
• Helping maintain a safe, clean and comfortable home environment.
• Working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality, person-centred support.
