Job summary

SeeAbility is seeking a PBS Male Waking Night Support Worker to provide overnight care in Kennington, Oxfordshire. The role offers guaranteed hours and a permanent part-time contract for 24 hours per week, with 8:00pm–8:00am shifts on Fridays and Saturdays.

A driving licence is optional, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK. As a night-time supporter, you will help with daily routines, plan engaging activities, and maintain detailed support notes while building a trusting,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a care/support setting.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• The legal right to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines – from bedtime to morning in a waking-night shift.
• Plan and tailor activities to boost wellbeing and engagement.
• Contribute to person-centred support plans.
• Build therapeutic relationships with the person supported.
• Keep accurate support notes and records.
