Keys Group is seeking a dedicated children's waking night support worker to provide a safe, loving home for children with complex needs. You will be a calm, encouraging presence, guiding young people through routines and activities.

Join a supportive team with opportunities for funded qualifications, annual leave, pension, and progression toward roles such as Registered Manager, all while benefiting from paid DBS checks and wellbeing support.

Competenze

• Caring, flexible and resilient personality traits.
• Passionate about helping children lead happy lives.
• Excellent communication skills; positive, playful and energetic.
• Experience with children or transferable skills in care, nursery, education, sports, or working with vulnerable people is beneficial.
• Ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Full UK driving licence is beneficial.
