Job summary

Swanton Care is hiring for a Waking Night Support Worker in Warrington. You will support children with physical and learning disabilities in a six-bed residential home, building trusting relationships and aiding daily routines, education, and activities.

We value empathy, resilience, and strong communication. Training is provided, and progression toward a Level 3 Diploma is encouraged; shifts include evenings and weekends to meet care needs.

This position focuses primarily on Physical / medical disabilities with a heavy emphasis on the clinical support of our children. Full training provided by in house practice educator.

Hours: 40 Hours per week

Pay: £27976 unqualified or £28496 qualified based on 40 hours per week

About The Service

Our Warrington service is a welcoming, six-bed residential home designed to support children with physical and learning disabilities in a safe, nurturing environment. The property is fully adapted and wheelchair accessible, with specialist features including wet rooms and overhead hoists to support individual mobility and care needs.

The home offers a range of thoughtfully designed shared spaces, including a large lounge, therapeutic room, reading room, sensory room and a generous garden area, giving children plenty of space to relax, learn and enjoy time together.
