A leading company in adult services is seeking a Male Support Worker for their Waking Night team in Throop. The role involves supporting individuals with autism, ensuring their independence, and providing personal care. The position offers flexible hours and comprehensive training, making it ideal for those passionate about making a difference.
Are you a night owl? Do you work best through the evening? If so, we may have just the role for you! Our resilient adult services programme is recruiting for a Male Support Worker to join our Waking Night team working in Throop on a part-time basis.
Due to the nature of the people we support, we can only accept applications from male candidates who have a strong background in health and social care, along with experience of autism or complex care.

Our purpose in adult services is to empower the people we support to live as independently as possible and see them thrive. Each person we help has their own unique way of communicating, whether this be PECs boards, Sign Along, or through repeating specific phrases. If you’ve not used Sign Along previously, don't worry as training is provided!
10 hours per week
At the heart of everything we do is to promote the independence of the person we support. Ensuring we have a relaxed, empathetic, and encouraging team helps us achieve this.
