Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Children’s Residential Care Worker to support young people in a caring home setting. You will help with daily routines, develop life skills, and build trusted relationships in a supportive team environment.

Role includes 40 hours per week with sleep-ins and weekend shifts; pay £13.22 per hour plus £70.50 per sleep-in. The organisation offers funded qualifications and clear progression pathways within a values-led, community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people preferred.
• Passion for caring for young people.
• Level 3 qualification (or working towards).
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
