Job summary

Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a part-time Children’s Residential Support Worker to support young people in Benecare. The role includes 30 hours weekly (including sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts) with a base salary of £20,623.20 plus £4,230 per year for sleep-ins, dependent on sleep-ins completed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people (preferred).
• Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care (or willingness to work towards).
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).

• Support care plans and daily routines.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
