Dimensions in Weymouth is seeking a caring Waking Night Support Worker to help a friendly gentleman in his home. You will provide safe, calm nights with person-centred support to help him maintain routines and explore opportunities.

This role runs from 9:30 pm to 8:30 am and involves keeping safe checks, a clean environment, accurate record-keeping, and promoting wellbeing with empathy and reliability.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for someone with compassion, reliability and a genuine desire to make a difference.
• Comfortable using technology to keep accurate records and follow support plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry out keeping safe checks to make everyone feel secure.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic space that is welcoming and safe.
• Record information in IT systems from support plans and health logs.
• Create a therapeutic, reassuring atmosphere that promotes wellbeing at night.
• Provide personal care when needed with dignity and respect.
